BlueHat Synapse — HR consulting built for Indian businesses
BlueHat Synapse is a Pune-based HR consulting, recruitment and HR automation firm operating under Blynapse Consulting LLP. We work with MSMEs, startups and growing businesses that are scaling fast but haven't yet built the HR infrastructure to support that growth.
Most founders reach a point where they realise that being the only accountable person in the room isn't sustainable. Hiring is inconsistent, performance conversations are avoided, payroll is a monthly scramble and compliance is an afterthought. That's exactly where we come in.

Founding Partner
A veteran of the Indian Army, Mukul brings the discipline, leadership and people-first values forged in uniform to the world of HR consulting. With over 30 years of experience spanning the Army, corporate leadership and consulting, he specialises in organisational strategy, people development, and building high-performance cultures. He has partnered with MSMEs, family-owned businesses, and scaling startups to align their human capital strategy with long-term business goals. His work spans leadership coaching, talent architecture, and driving transformational change across industries.
